Working at Asians for Collective Action
Asians for Collective Action (ACA) recognizes that the people on our team are our most valuable asset. We honor the energy, wisdom, enthusiasm, and humanity of our staff by providing a 30 hour-work week as our full-time schedule. We believe everyone should be paid equitably for their labor, which is why all staff at ACA are classified as non-exempt/hourly employees.

We currently offer the following benefits for those working a minimum of 20 hours a week:
- Organization provided laptop and cell phone
- $500/mo health insurance stipend if employee has no other existing insurance
- $15/mo telecom stipend
- Monthly bus pass to staff who request it
- $500 annually for professional development (term-limited staff not eligible)
- 100% of Vacation and Sick time front loaded at the beginning of the year (prorated at the start of employment). Other forms of leave also available and detailed in employee handbook
- 13 paid holidays, plus two personal holidays
- Two one-week office closures annually
