We currently offer the following benefits for those working a minimum of 20 hours a week:

  • Organization provided laptop and cell phone
  • $500/mo health insurance stipend if employee has no other existing insurance
  • $15/mo telecom stipend
  • Monthly bus pass to staff who request it 
  • $500 annually for professional development (term-limited staff not eligible)
  • 100% of Vacation and Sick time front loaded at the beginning of the year (prorated at the start of employment). Other forms of leave also available and detailed in employee handbook
  • 13 paid holidays, plus two personal holidays
  • Two one-week office closures annually
